New Licenses -   Heaven and Earth Designs are planning to carry cross-stitch designs of Julia’s art!  The requested images have been submitted. A link will be provided on the links page when the designs are available on Heaven and Earth’s site.

Right now on Ebay -  check out live auctions of Julia’s Pixie Paintings now on Ebay.  They are a great way to own a hand-painted original by Julia Burgess without paying a bundle.  The pixies are painted on 2”x 4” miniature canvases and are signed by the artist.

Hi everybody!  I’m back from the 2010 Maryland Faerie Festival.  What a crazy weekend.  We had lots of fun and little sleep!  I really enjoyed my time with Giovanna Adams.  What a nice person she is and so very talented.  Please look for her beautifully illustrated book of international faerie tales due out this fall.   I was told that Ash Evans was funny, but she kept me in stitches all weekend.  It’s a real treat to see her artwork in person.  If you get a chance, check out her horse prints.  They’re stunning.  I also had the pleasure of meeting Linda Biggs, whose collection and pallette is just dazzling.  It was great to get advice from such an accomplished veteran artist.  Truly delightful people.  Please click on my links button for shortcuts to their websites.
